Oakleigh – The Green Refurbishment

A new lease of life!

This much-loved family home had an extensive brief; an extension to the main house at first floor, a double garage with a music room above and a glorious garden room linking the two buildings. The entire home also benefitted from a full refurbishment.

The house enjoys underfloor heating throughout, run by the air source heat pumps with Solar PV panels generating the electricity to offset them. As members of the Green Register, we like to explore opportunities for renewable energy where possible.
