The Eco New Build  

Cupernham is a compelte new build house based in Romsey. The previous house on the site was demolished – the benefit to the client being that the new build is exempt from VAT – giving a little more to the project budget.

The house has 3 large bedrooms, the master suite benefitting from a large apex window, creating a cathedral like space. Our client has really focussed on the quality of this high-end development which has underfloor heating throughout run by a ground source heat pump, a double height entrance hall with a grand central stair, provision for a platform lift to ensure the lifetime usability of the building and an array of solar PV panels on the roof.
